Why Not Stick With Purple?

Hello, Today I am testing the new Blogger Interface. It's rather streamlined and orange. Google seems to just LOVE orange! Anyway, I missed yesterday; I had to do homework! But as this is not a daily blog, it doesn't matter. Today's word is aubergine. Or, eggplant. It refers to either an eggplant or the colour of an eggplant.why couldn't the just stick with 'eggplant' and 'purple'? O I can add it to the blog of course!
